We offer free standard US shipping on 3 or more pieces of wood pulpit furniture to states East of the Mississippi River. All other locations please contact a member of our Church Furniture Consultation Team for a shipping quote.

Inspect Your Items

Signing the delivery ticket is SIGNING A LEGAL DOCUMENT. Make sure you have opened the boxes and inspected the items first! If you fail to do this, you just signed that they are acceptable to you, in the condition you received them!

We do not offer free shipping to a home or residential address.

To Your Benefit

As a Christian company, we will do our very best to get your furniture to you as quickly and safely as possible. In the interest of safety and maintaining a quality shipping experience, we ask that you have volunteers from your church present in assisting the unloading of your materials. You can also pick up your furniture at our warehouse, located in Rocky Mount, Virginia. 

Carriers may charge extra for white glove/lift gate services or may not offer them at all. It is important that you specify to us if you require these services. Delivery-time communication is subject to vary based upon the practices of the outside carriers.





If you are in a rush, we offer a rush delivery service where we will put your order on a FedEx Freight or UPS Freight truck and get it out to you ASAP! There is an additional charge for this, please see our price guide or ask your salesperson. In most cases, the extra cost is minimal, but it means fast delivery to you. In either case, we will work hard to get your furniture to you as soon as we can, by whatever method is best!


Liftgate Services

If you request RUSH SERVICE, this is typically offered by LTL Trucking (other companies), and they offer tailgate delivery only.  That means they will help get the items off the truck, but you will be required to have at least 2 men to help unload.

Damaged Goods & Your Responsibility

As with all items shipped by truck, you are responsible to open and inspect the furniture WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT! If you see any damages, you MUST make a note on the delivery ticket WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT. If you sign the ticket and find hidden damage later, you will be responsible to have the damage repaired at your expense. If you discover damage and make the notation WHILE THE DRIVER IS PRESENT, we will review your claim and work closely to find a solution.
